i was in boss coffe sa ayala, this foreigner was asking if he could have the empty chair next to me. i told him i have a friend coming over so i cant give u the chair ( i had my foot on the chair while sipping coffee). two hours latter he was upset and told me nicely " u really need the chair ". i kind of feel guilty but my foot has to rest on the chair while im enjoying my coffe. but im not a bad guy.

kani sayop na na nimo, imong friend wala pa ni abot, then there's a paying customer who wants to sit. Kung ako pa to, bsag naa pa ang imong tiil sa chair ako tong birahon. Just Imagine me drinking coffee for 2 hrs standing, when there's a chair available and your foot was resting on it.

so far i have not encountered a bad (ill-mannered) foreigner.
but I'm just waiting for that day to happen.

I heard many Koreans are ill-mannered and thinks Cebu city is a playground for their bad attitudes. Koreans don't wish I'm on that spot that u gone crazy surely i will be on your face.

I have noticed that Koreans are very noisy in restaurants and act without etiquette. Other people in the restaurants would turn & look or glare at them but that's it.

I have tried asking the waiter or the manager to respectfully ask them to tone it down, but usually nothing happens because they order a lot.
