my choice: Go for the E6750, but change the 8800GTS with the HD2900 XT
It all depends man pud bro, if you are a power-user (i.e. perhaps you want to overclock your rig), stick with the Intel option.
They aren't much different at stock settings though.

hmmm if 8800GTS 320mb, then go for HD2900XT...but if the 640mb, then 8800GTS.
