    Do you love to eat much? What food you love to eat ba and what food you hate eating? Since everything starts on what you eat, ingnon pa sila, you are what you eat, I suggest that every time you want to eat something na dili na man kailangan, purchase it but don't forget to purchase the food that you hate twice as much. Add that to the food you love and see what happens. Sa kadugayan, the food is just like a picture, you wont have any cravings for something kung dili pa nimo time talaga mukaon. In my case for example, i eat chocolates but then sa isa ka dako na bar,2 small blocks lang ako makaon, murag tilaw lang kung baga kay I don't feel like eating kay dili pa time sa ako kaon. I'm not on a diet, I eat what I want to eat but I don't eat much kung dili pa time for meal. It's not that I limit how I eat, it's just that my system got used to eating the right way.

    Went back to the gym last week and my trainer challenged me
    to lose my 20-kilo excess to achieve my ideal weight. Did a lot
    of damage when I stopped my workout due to the demands of
    work. From 160 lbs in May 2014, now I gained 20 lbs lols

    Problem area is my tummy and not so much on my arms and legs.
    Ang time ra jud ang kontra nako ani since my work eats up my
    time especially after work. As for diet, veggie-fish-fruits on weekdays
    then a lil meat on weekends. As for desserts, naglisod pa ko biya lols

    nahunong pd ko'g gym for almost 3 weeks due to lumbar pain/impinged nerve. several days after sa last post nko dre. na trigger cya pag attempt nakog squat ug heavier weight. nasipyat ko ug execute. my mistake was, i didn't divulge it sa trainor pg.enroll nko kay lage i thought it was gone forever. lately, i jst realized nga weak gyd ko ug luyo and prone ko to back injuries if dili ko magmatngon. i already had a history ani 2 yrs ago.

    hinuon, arang2 na cya ron after several sessions sa chiropractor and i can officially start again tomorrow. pero during the hiatus, grabe pd ko nakalamoy. haha. pababoy taman sa ginhawa. hahay starting over again na pd.

    if mag solo ko ug squat usually mo ad2 ko sa smith machine kay naai safety.. any hu's ayaw lang pugsa know your limits.. mao npud nak ako gi buhat karon.. ako i.lista ang weights.. if wai problem I go try to go heavier.. ang program ako gi sunod ron medjo lisod2x pud.. i struggle with 2.5kg on some exercise.. LOL..

    Sayanga oi nka loss na unta ko 17lbs frm nov to feb kron ni increase ko ug 5lbs... huhuhu... mao jud ni ako prob ky hutdon sa ako work ang time - wla nko mka wellness dis month ky cge overtime... sayang ang effort most especially ang gasto..huhuhu

    300 pounds ko pag 2013 now kay i lost half of my weight because i stop eating rice and stayed away from fast food and softdrinks as much as possible, lisod pag una pero nakaya ra, mao nay g ingon na sa una ray lisod, but if u are motivated ma kaya rajd sya. proud to say na NO RICE nako for 2 years plus, and exercise pd, 5 times a week, lisod mo lose ug weight pero just take it slowly, kaning mag ka bata ta dapat ma conscious tas atong g pangkaon kay lisod nah! payr!
