Shoots! I have been in this industry for 12 years and finally decided to follow a different route. The work that I do for these people are very toxic and felt my soul being sucked slowly the more I stay. I miss it though... the different type of crazies I talk on a daily basis and the call centre rush but I'm not planning to go back.

It's really a matter of choice. We choose to stay or choose to go somewhere else for our own reasons. Just make sure you're doing it for the right one.

I know. It is a matter of choice. I didn't leave for the right reason though... let's just say I took a leap of faith and it expanded my horizon.

Reverting to the topic... I heard Accenture's pay is decent enough. The benefits and additional training (both for professional and personal improvement) are quite remarkable. They have training and certification that don't just help you grow with the company but also adds spice to your CV. If you're the type who constantly want to learn new skills, this might be a good company for you. No, I don't work for Accenture but I have a few good friends who does and if, for whatever reason, I may need to go back to this industry... this will be my primary option.
