Why not? Welcome ra ka...but be objective ra pud. Based on knowledge and not on how you feel about the company.

It's really a matter of choice. We choose to stay or choose to go somewhere else for our own reasons. Just make sure you're doing it for the right one.

I know. It is a matter of choice. I didn't leave for the right reason though... let's just say I took a leap of faith and it expanded my horizon.

Reverting to the topic... I heard Accenture's pay is decent enough. The benefits and additional training (both for professional and personal improvement) are quite remarkable. They have training and certification that don't just help you grow with the company but also adds spice to your CV. If you're the type who constantly want to learn new skills, this might be a good company for you. No, I don't work for Accenture but I have a few good friends who does and if, for whatever reason, I may need to go back to this industry... this will be my primary option.

FYI - Below reviews I found in indeed.com (link below) might be helpful or not..

Working at Taking you Forward Inc: Employee Reviews | Indeed.com

    1) "No regularization, Low/Delayed salary, No benefits & Lots of Force Leaves
HR Generalist (Former Employee) – Philippines – March 15, 2016
Taking You Forward Inc is only good for fresh grads trying to gain experience. However, one shouldn't expect long term as TYF mostly caters to small scale & start-up businesses with 3-6months contract which results to a lot of force leaves and redundancy. Employees getting escorted out is quite common. It's a pity that employees invest their hard work and time yet HR avoid regularization to avoid gratuity payout. Job security in this company is just non-existent even for mid-higher management."

    2) "Disrespectful and abusive work environment
customer (Former Employee) – Mandaue, Cebu – October 28, 2015
This company treats their employees terribly. Payroll is always delayed. Commissions can take months to remit. Incentives never paid. Taxes deducted but not sent to the government. Benefits are promised but not delivered."
