boss kanang akng gi bold, medyo taking greater risk na cya.. why not dli paka mo resign while nag apply2x pero imoha sd nang diskarte.

Mind lang sa market or job hiring status diri sa singapore karon, as mentioned sa usa ka istoryan diri na retrech cya, so ako dli ko gusto mo hatag nmo false hope na all is well diri. Take a calculated risk nalang, kay sa tinuod, na apektohan ang singapore sa world crisis karon. Gudluck sa pag apply2x boss!

This is too risky at the moment, Singapore's job market is currently not that attractive anymore. I think mas daghan pa nawad-an ug trabaho karon kaysa na hire. If you want to go abroad, consider other options/countries first before venturing into Singapore, just my 2 cents. But if you really wan't to pursue Singapore, be sure that your credentials/skills are at par with other nationalities here from other countries looking of the same type of jobs you are looking for. Just recently a housemate's friend was staying with us for 3 months looking for a job, sadly he wasn't able to land one. Ingon pa niya, on every interview he's been to, there were twice as many foreigners (indians, malaysians, indons, and pinoys) like him vying for a job than local singaporeans. I don't mean to discourage you, but that's the reality we experience right now here in SG. So you really need to think twice about resigning from your present job there against the uncertainty here in SG.

Ang ako lang jud... anywhere else in the world ta mag-job hunt is "risky" man jud.
Kanang global slowdown or world crisis.. tinood jud na.

    Yes... naa na-retrenched.
Og naa po'y wala jud kita og job for 3 months of applying while naa na diri.
But... naa man po'y na-hired man while wala pa sa Sg.

Lahi-lahi man og gi-target nga skills or positions or fields, so mag-depende jud na.

Agree sad kaayo ko anang risk calculation.
Kita mismo sa atong kaugalingon, kahibaw ta kung unsa atong makaya, og asa kutob atong bulsa.
Research lang jud gamay about the target job market in that country and see if it matches our skills.

Not to give false hope, and not to discourage anyone pud.

    : bow :
