that is the reason why the people should be wise in putting leaders to govern them..

the government never helped the people.

what I said @Jhared is, tsismis ra ba tong ingon ni Anderson Cooper a CNN Correspondent, that there is no national government in 3 days since the devastation on Typhoon Yolanda. and You said it is NATURAL for the LOOTING TO HAPPEN? this will not happen if there is already a presence of national government on the 1st day of the aftermath of the devastation. Security will be implemented, relief goods should be given on the 1st day of the aftermath of the devastation. In this I see Mar is really an incompetent leader.

Bro, airport sa US may have tight security but sa mismo cities nila dli(except key establishments). They feel secure pag wla kaayo security guard ug sundalo na ila makita. I stayed there for 2 months.

Now question, ngano man non existent or minimal ang terrorist/m sa countries like china, russia or japan?

We cannot get rid of terrorism and crime, but if you make them pay for what they do and have a strong stance about it, say russia perhaps, awa, dli jud makapenetrate or mahadlok mopenetrate ang mga terrorist sa ila lugar

Mar was the head honcho on the ground representing the govt pre and post yolanda. The typhoon was a CAT 5 kung sa US pa, it was expected to be strong, storm surge was expected as well. Unfortunately, ang ga expect kay ang international community, dli ang government nato. How to avoid looting? kung naa food packs for all ready on standby, moresort ang tawo ug looting? kung ila giutilize ang army or pulis sa surrounding towns or nagpadala ug C130 to control the damage sa ground(Though it was still limited)? would it take that long to clean up the streets?

Unfortunately, busy siya sa pamulitika, after all, romualdez is a romualdez and the president is an aquino. BULLSHIT.

when mar went there gi welcome man siya sa mga taw.. kato cgurong bag-o pa nahitabo, syempre ang mga taw tungod sa ilang naagian grabe jud ilang bation.. i dont blame them..
Ngano? Awa, daghan kaayo poses for Yolanda. Google lang parts, daghan kaayo pictures mar sa yolanda. I dont, but I know the Davao city 911 did feel what he felt. and they did hurt more than him kay sila mismo ang naa sa ground doing something.

just because he's a priest doesn't give credibility to his opinion, but i understand his plight as he is a victim also..

duha ra nga change ang atong mga expect ana, better or disaster, 50/50 gihapon.. so let's just see..
hahaha ang looting, dali ra na siya maiwasan..but again..that is something of the past na. damage has been done. The people of Tacloban knows what Mar did more than us. And they know who they will vote this coming election.

Maris a good statistics based leader using data to present progress and development achieved by the govt. But unfortunately, did the people feel it?

Mura ni working in a corporate workplace, naa managers na maayo jud, naa managers na puro ra present ug numbers pero dli diay moreflect sa reality. at the end of the day, taman numbers ra.

In my opinion, no amount of operation will ever lift tacloban in 3 days after Yolanda, because we have to mind the accessibility of the roads and airstrips and the devastation.. but sakto, nasayuhan unta to'g tabang didto, and relief operations dapat unta nga napaspasan,, but because of our current law which placed frontline responsibilities on LGU's the National Government could not directly deploy its' full force not unless waiver has been made by said LGU to hand over relief operations to the National Govt, so ngadto na ni come in tong squabble between Mar and Romualdez, the latter not immediately signing the hand over documents and the former convincing him about the protocol,, etc..

but to say nga walay naabot didto 3 days after Yolanda., that is not true, inf act 3 C130 planes were able to land there the 1st day after bringing relief goods..

dont tell me that, you file a formal complaint to express your opinion and submit it to the proper office.. Being under a state of calamity does not give the National Government the right to impose full power to control the areas affected, kinahanglan jud ug pirma sa officials anang lugara, that's how it's been since 1991, and that's how it will stay not unless modagan ka'g senador ug usbon nimo ang balaod..

How can you say for sure nga minimal ra ang terrorists anang mga lugara? as far as i know walay headcount sa mga terrorista sa taga nasod so we cant say for sure nga mas daghan ug terorista ngari kaysa sa ubang nasud., it's just so happens that we are in this country so we mostly hear news about terrorism here...

food packs and other resources were already on standby pre Yolanda, i would know because i volunteered myself in packing these food packs sa labangon, and sa kadako sa damage, sa kadaghan sa mga taw dili ra sa Tacloban, dili ma apod2 ang mga food packs in a day, its something we should all understand.. and do you really think nga dili mang loot ang mga tawo kung naa silay makaon? it's free stuff after all,.. and yes it would take that long to clean up the streets.. and yes 3 C130s have been deployed one day after Yolanda..

Ngano? Awa, daghan kaayo poses for Yolanda. Google lang parts, daghan kaayo pictures mar sa yolanda. I dont, but I know the Davao city 911 did feel what he felt. and they did hurt more than him kay sila mismo ang naa sa ground doing something.

Statistics is in fact a way to show progress, kung wala na na feel sa uban, it's because their perspective is disabling them to see it..

naa sad mga managers nga stricto kaayo, maong daghan kaayo mangundang nga trabahante..
