Hi guys, I just want your opinion on this. I'm trying to get fit this year, but I can't make up my mind whether to enroll in a gym, or just make my own exercise routine. Unsa inyo marecommend? Is a gym really necessary to seriously get fit?

Ug naa kay space sa imong gpuy-an. yaw na pag gym. palit kettlebell. watch kettlebell total body workout on youtube. I highly recommend "chichi fitness videos" then exercise 30 mins everyday without any rest.saguli daun ug jogging daun diet sad.payts na
Sa akoa lang, mas maau sa gym kay usahay di kaau ko ma motivate sa amoa mag exercise. Kung dri kos amoa, mapugos rakog higda2 hahaha. Pero kung adto kos gym, mapugos jd kog kugi og exercise. Pero lain2 man tawo, tingayg determinado kaau ka, di ka mdalas ka tapul, aw pwde ra kaau nang home workouts. hehehe.

combination of both ... gym instructors can guide you but DIY allows u to do workouts
without the necessity of being @ the gym ... choose your workouts lang wisely
