i didn't came across an interview where duterte claimed davao is drug-free? not also sure if binay claimed makati is drug-free.

ah kahinumdum nako sa kang binay. oh ni claim to siya walang droga daw sa makati.daan naman gyud nang amaw si binay. but si duterte, never claimed that davao is drugfree as far as i know. kanang image projected by other people of davao being drugfree.ilaha raman gud nang imbento and perception. kana rabang meme's daghan kaayo nituo ana.haha.
