Good morning istoryans! I have a intermittent connection issue with my pldt dsl for a month now. Still wala gihapon na fix. I think daghan pud naka experience ani. Mo connect sya for a 10-20 mins tapos mo disconnect and will never reconnect. You need to turn off the modem and turn it on again. Pero same raman mo disconnect japun. Been calling pldt customer care and all they could do is to "optimize" your line which will not solve the issue.
