Bought an item returned it, as it was defective. Not my fault obviously, it just died.
Upon returning I didn't received any notice of confirmation that they have received the product. I had to find the number from the delivery person, who forwarded their "two" office numbers:

Tried calling it several times and no freakin reply, texted it and no response.
Emailed them through there contact us, replied once, with that scripted s&*tty "careful evaluation crap, it even stated that they will notify me. After several days, no notice, no emails, no text, no nothing.
Sent a follow-up 2 days passed and no response. The website is stating they 24/7 support.. XD
Hence, that is just bull%^%.
So yeah, I bought products from them before and haven't tried returning items before. Just this time, and I'm experiencing this?
Not recommending to buy products from them, anytime soon. If you can buy it locally, spend some time to buy it personally and not from Lazada.
