ignorance excuses no one.. no one is harrassing nobody here unless there are grounds that are set to call it a 'sexual harrassment'.
naay mga indecent proposals or sexual jokes meant to the person esp to a lady.. now, those are forms of sexual harrassments also.. and i agree w/ victor3.. sexual harassments has many forms and faces and it does not happen solely on PUJs only.. but for the sake of argument.. let's just stick to the PUJ side..
for my part.. i am not saying that just because women/ladies tend to wear those skimpy clothes then we are saying to them.. 'Good for them, because they had worn those dresses before' (and that's why they were harrass..) my point of contention is that, in this world, we don't act and think as one.. (we are raised and born differently.. and we have different attitudes, behaviors and etc). Of the thousands and millions of people walking everyday in our streets... you cant expect them to think and behave as what you would like them to do, right? there are misfits and perverts, murderers, rapists lurking as one of those people you meet everyday...
the doctor would say 'An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure' and this wonderful adage is always correct...
Everyone of us has an evil side, an alter ego of what we project outwardly (a sort of jekyll & Mr. Hyde ego).. and even though this might not be true always.. For some, It only takes one 'ignition key' to trigger that "Mr Hyde" to come out and do things that we normally would or could not do...
my point of view lang...
Peace..
