Yes it is true, this is also a good security for the provider not to abused their services. . . As I remember we can easily bypass the telecommunication traditional calls routing and use the internet to forward the calls to the user's using the VoIP ( Voice over Internet Protocol). . .Few years back in the Philippines there are so many crazy businessmen become a millionaire due to this crazy setup. ( crazy because its illegal) hehehehehhehehe !
