there is no datacenter here in cebu those you can find here in cebu they are just a reseller. nagpalet rapud na sila og package paying it monthly . then if you want a very stable hosting go with a bigger hosting company that exist for more than 5 years ... as for seo if you want to target US then make sure the datacenter where you host your website should be if US
