everyone has the right what they want to wear or do.. but like what all others say... ibutang lang sa lugar.. proper decorum ba.. if you go to some important gigs like parties.. then it's ok to wear those kind of things provided that you have a male companion that can escort you..(that is if your just commuting after the show/party ends)
