    doable man sa banks pero naay fee mga more or less 5k php.

    IMO, best option sa banks is to apply the excess payment to the principal portion of the loan. as is ang loan term then just terminate the loan if kaya na mo fully pay since if imo i-shorten ang loan term, your monthly amortization will increase, mag lisod na hinuon og apas for advance payment (minimum of 6 months amortization), ny charge for paper works of changing the loan contract and lastly, basi maglisod na hinuon og pay sa new amortization which will be subject to penalty charges in case of late payment.

    ask lang sa pg-ibig if naa ba charge if ipa shorten ang loan term.

    Mao ni nakastipulate bro:

    10.2 Accelerated payments - Any amount in excess of the monthly amortization due shall be treated as future amortization. However, upon request of the borrower and provided the amount to be applied is equivalent to at least one monthly amortization, said amount shall be applied to the principal.

    The treatment of excess payment the borrower prefers must be noted on/properly disclosed in the Pag-IBIg Fund Receipt (FPR).

    Additional question sad is sa katong nag salary deduction ang payment scheme.
    Dapat jd guro adto ka sa Pag-ibig bayad ani.

    Hi Naa lang ko question, Ang plan nako is maghome loan para sa condo and the same time magloan pud ta ko sa interior tanan(panday sa divisions, ceiling, etc ug uban mga gamit sulod sa balay). Pwede ra ni maconsider sa combined loan sa pag-ibig? Any advise about ani na situation is much appreciated. Thanks kaau in advance.

    PLS Help me..plan ko mokuha ug balay sa subdivision..naa gi offer sa akoa worth 2.3M kapin nya mga 600k ang equity. Akong question is pila ang monthly nako sa 1.7M nga e loan nako sa Pag ibig assuming nga 15 yrs. nako bayaran ang loan?? KInsa kaha naa idea ani dri noh naa man gud ko sa abroad ron...
