we went to cheesecake etc. in IT park, at the Skyrise Building. lami ilang food! especially the cheesecakes! kinda pricey but worth it!
we actually went for a second round. here are some pictures of what we ate.

Guys, I love cheesecake, new york style katong bug-at gyud and dry. The best I had was bought from brooklyn when I was in queens. I do not like the no bake, Gelo and soggy kinds.

The best for me in Cebu is made by my wife - 2 blocks of cream cheese and some sour creme in a recipe, the secret is do not over stir para wala kaayo bubbles. hehehe. check recipes at the food network site.

If you want to try na okay na and not need to pay for the Ambiance, try the ones in Makro it is imported from Chicago, and its pretty good for something that has come so far. Not sure if they still carry it though.
