    Actually it started katong ga Boarding house nko.. Maybe ga adapt pko sa lugar og sa time sko kaon..
    I take note uban sa inyo g ingon mga boss, I admit I often drink water labi na naa ta sa office nya busy kayo.. I try to eat fruits guro b4 sleeping, pru d lng sko mag gatas kay struggle na kayo sa bhaus hehe.

    I poop every morning. I drink lots of water in the office. Mga 2-4L ako mahurot sa office in an 8-hour shift. And mas nindot if mutoltol na ang tae kung kanus-a ilang dismissal. ROFL.

    tubig ra jud akong ikatambag nimo migo. e try lang kanang mao pay pagmata nimo inom ka 4 glasses.
    useless ang fiber if hinay ka moinom og tubig.
