    CONS

The higher up you go in the ladder, it seems, the less professional your colleagues become. Our campaign is populated with 20-year-olds and 30-year-olds who see Business Process Outsourcing in general, and call centers in particular, as an easy grind in terms of managerial experience.

Take a few calls, get promoted in six months, pirate other teams' best members, get all the perks and good ratings for your team, stab other team leaders in the back, suck up to higher management by betraying your team and working them to the ground to get better grades, get promoted again, stick to your AMO position for years, and retire only when you're in your early 30s and there's an opening in some bank's senior management team.

That seems to be what everyone's after. After all, in their 20s, they have a lot to look forward to career-wise. The earlier they make it to the top, the better for their career, even if they leave a trail of bad blood and karma in their wake.

    - Doesn't this give a more accurate description?

In today's competitive world, I'm not surprised at all. I believe It’s all part of the ecosystem known as big business. It comes with the territory. If you’re going to get your feelings hurt, throw a fit, or whine about the injustice of it all, don’t even waste your time trying to make it. You probably won’t. The real world is brutal and not necessarily fair. That’s just the way it is. But that doesn’t mean you should follow suit. Say for instance, you get pulled over for speeding, the cop doesn’t care if there were others doing the same thing. Never compromise your ethics or break the law. Just do your best, focus on your goals and let the chips fall as they may.

very well said.... if I may... I'm going to put it this way...."KISS ASS IS THE WAY IN THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DON'T KISS ASS, THEN BETTER PACK YOUR THINGS AND LEAVE." Ethics and professionalism DOESN'T exist in this company anymore. I know what I'm saying since I've seen it with my two eyes and have been a victim....

    Just saying.. hehe..

ok man dri pang experience... HMO at the start sa training... if seasonal account ka wala ka HMO...

about sa mga account dri... palakasan gihapon ang kinsa ma promote... ang mga performers 50-50 ma promote... ang mga wise na agent dli na lang magpa promote kay hassle ang management... not all but most... first blood kung sa DOTA pa... hinuon ang huna huna nila sa management kay they can replace agents thru recruitment but what they are doing is quantity not quality of agents... naa pud incentives na anytime they can take it from agents... maayo lang mag introduce ug incentives but after ana kung ang agents na mag follow up sa mga incentives ang uban na mga incentives ma wala or magamay lang... DMD oi...hahaha
