We are looking for Customer Service Officer / Reservation Officer applicant with the following requirements:


Male or female
College Level or Graduate
21 to 30 yrs old
Single
with good oral and written English communication skills
must be computer literate and internet savvy
must be willing to learn and undergo training
can work with minimal supervision
Willing to work in Talisay City (homebase)


Responsibilities include:
Handle customer inquiries, reservation requests, and payments
Deal with complicated customer itineraries
Coordinate with key partners such as hotels and tour provider regarding bookings and schedules
