The current numbers is that actually we have 31M current members who are currently making contributions and then there are about 2M pensioners. Some members have maximum contributions of about PHP 1760 per month. Now by sheer number of quantity alone, 31 against 2 how can they say there's not enough funds? Unless SSS is actually mismanaged by having bad investments. If that's they case how come these SSS officers are receiving millions in salaries excluding bonuses?
