Kay actually kuno, nobody knows what they do & how they do it.

Pero para nako, ang importante is "fit" jud ka sa job in the eyes of your employer and M0M.

dili boss karon tuiga, ripple effect ni sa economy sa China pod. Unta dili ra ta ma apetohan diri. Akong plan B is dili nko adto ug lugar na pareha sa style diri boss na mag thrillig lang permi if renewal sa pass.. unless PR ka o Citizen na jd, ang reason ra jd nga naa ta diri is ang atong work which is dependent sa approval sa pass/renewak sa pass. Either adto ko ako igsoon sa qatar if wala pay progress sa nz/au boss. mas maau sa qatar in terms sa cost of living, pero layu lang, way sentosa or USS .. pero job stability dako kaau diff diri.
