    1. Bungutun jud ka ug nawng
    2. Nakashades ka
    3. Wear a black shirt to show solidarity with the bearded community.

Ang dili mupatuo sa rule number 1 kay:

Unsa may naa ini?

Top 5 Tips for Faster Beard Growth:
    (From wiseguybeards.com)

Every guy wants a thick and full beard, but most don't realize there are a few simple things that can be done daily to help achieve it. Here at WISE GUY, we put together a list of the top 5 things you can do daily for a healthier, fuller and faster growing beard.

    1. FEED YOUR BEARD
Eat a balanced diet and focus on foods that are high in protein, healthy fats, and Vitamin B since these all help to promote healthy beard growth. Avoid 'junk' foods and sugar since these can weaken your beard hair and slow its growth. Our powerful beard growth vitamins provide basic nutrition and specialized vitamins and proteins for your beard health so be sure to take your daily dose of them as well.

    2. NO TRIMMING

Resist the urge to trim or shape your beard as it is first growing in. If you want your beard to grow in fast and full, you will have to leave it alone and just let it grow. If this is the first time that you are growing out your facial hair, this also will give you a chance to see how your beard naturally grows and what shapes it takes on. After about 4-6 weeks when it is full you can then groom your beard and shape it how you choose.

    3. GET MOVIN'
Exercise is key. Regular exercise promotes good circulation which will deliver more nutrients to your beard zone and result in better hair growth. Exercise also stimulates testosterone production in men, which promotes beard growth.

    4. STAY MOISTURIZED
Keep your beard zone moisturized with your favorite oil or lotion. Take our daily beard growth vitamin which contains natural moisturizers to promote healthy skin and hair follicles which aid in facial hair growth. Proper moisturizing also alleviates the dreaded beard itch which can tempt even the toughest guy to shave it off.

    5. HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
Remember that a healthy beard is the result of a healthy body. In addition to taking our daily vitamin, eating healthy foods, exercising regularly, and proper hygiene, it is also important to get sufficient sleep and relaxation. All of these things will provide a balance in your health that will also be noticed in your beard's appearance.
