1. Quantity Surveyor (QS)

3 years minimum Gulf experience in contracting or consulting company
Or minimum 5 years work experience in consulting or contracting company

• Preparing tenders technical and financial offers.
• Undertaking cost analysis for construction and maintenance projects.
• Advising and sourcing on projects procurement
• Correspond and attend coordination meetings with clients, consultant and sub-contractors.

Net Salary 1500 – 2250 $ + Full Accommodation

2. HSE Engineer

Minimum 3 years Gulf experience
Or minimum 5 years work experience in consulting or contracting company

• Involve in developing, implementing, monitoring HSE policies, procedures & objectives
• Schedule and ensure timely completion of HSE audits & inspections
• Coordinate all PPE policies (need analysis & equipment analysis)
• Coordinate implementation of HSE programs
• Attends meeting, generate safety reports & programs based on project requirements.
• Provide training to employees on various safety elements as required.
• Inspect facilities, machineries & safety equipment to identify & correct potential hazards & ensure safety compliance.

Net salary 1000 – 1500 $ + Full accommodation

3. QA/QC Engineer

Minimum 3 years Gulf experience
Or minimum 5 years work experience in consulting or contracting company
• Organize, implement, conduct & manage QA/QC programs as per company’s quality policy.
• Coordinate the documents controls of technical submittals, drawings etc. with project team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done to ensure their issue, amendments & recall of controlled documents.
• Coordinate all inspections, monitor required tests and record inspections & test made as per contract plan & contract specifications.
• To ensure that work executed has no discrepancies with IFC drawings and specifications.
• Attend monthly project review meetings.

4. Civil Engineer

Minimum 3 years Gulf experience
Or minimum 5 years work experience in contracting company

• Execution of projects civil works including but not limited to : concrete works – Earth works – Building Works.
• Ensure availability of materials on site are as per specifications.
• Managing, monitoring & Implements the contract design drawings & execute the same on site.
• Day to day management of the site including supervising & monitoring the site labor force & work of any sub-contractor

Net Salary 1250 – 1750 $ + Full accommodation

5. MEP Engineer

Minimum 3 years Gulf experience
Or minimum 5 years work experience in contracting company

• In charge of construction & maintenance of electromechanical works related to projects.
• Experience in MEP works for pumps , building works.
• Testing of commissioning of MEP works.
• Coordination with Client, Consultant & sub-contractor MEP department

Net Salary 1250 – 1750 $ + Full accommodation

6. Land Surveyor

Minimum 3 years Gulf experience
Or minimum 5 years work experience in contracting company

• Responsible for survey works related to projects.
• Proficient in total station.
• Provide survey reports as required in the projects.
• Responsible for all survey works record.

Net Salary 1000 – 1800 $ + Full accommodation

7. Turf and Landscaping Equipment Mechanic

Minimum 3 years’ experience in turf & landscaping equipment such as Toro, Ransom- Jacobsen, redexim etc.

Turf equipment technicians will be responsible for lawn maintenance equipment, diagnose, repair and maintain large and small tractors, golf carts, small powered equipment (leaf blowers) and tow behind equipment.

• Inspecting, testing, diagnosing and repairing lawn maintenance equipment.
• Sharpening mower blades, repairing diesel engines and fixing brakes lines.
• Repairing hand and power tools for landscaping
• Setting up and operating show equipment including fuel systems, fuel injection systems, diesel and gasoline engines and electric components.
• Inspecting wheels, tires and mounting hardware
• Tuning two and four cycle engines
• Observing safety protocol

Net salary 700 – 1000 $ + full accommodation.
