Pls help... I am confused with the USB ports (2.0 and 3.0) of my PC since some would not be responsive when I attach a USB devise... Is there a tool or hardware devise that could check whether a USB port in a PC is busted or not?

Idk if there's a tool that would help you check on that issue but it would help if you try another USB device that, you 100% know, is working. In that way, you'll be able to know which one is busted. It may be the port or the device you're using.
