@Genocide, nice na plan, pero dili diay nimo kaya control lang sad food intake, stay away from junk foods, and soda ? Tapos mag jogging ka permi, or sulod ka ug Gym didto naa man instructor mo teach kung gusto gyud ka mag pa gamay ug tyan ..
