Depends upon the employer jud ni cya...depends upon their culture.
I've worked to several employers na sad, and my grades did not matter hehehe after all, i gave them work performance not equivalent to my grades.hehhehe
i worked with somebody who's a cum laude from usc (no offense to usc ha), pero sad to say, na-disappointed jud ko sa work performance...even sya, she sought help from me, cge lang gud me ato counselling hehehhe nya she realized that she's not really good when it comes to office and PR works.
Nya i once got hired sa san miguel, actually almost lang hehhe...the only thing nakahinder...i did not meet the grade standard...talented man sad kog mga grades dear..hehehe kung ikaw dropped lang...ay mas talented ko hehehe inc...4...5....hehehe from 1.5 to 5...suwayan na nako nga grade hahahha
Nya gsayangan ang HR, kay i look and talk like somebody daw nga as if wala nagkahagbong2 sa college hahahha
Actually noh, ang grades para lang na sa mga fresh grad jud, kay u present nothing but your college performance...but as you go along having so many work experiences....same work experiences ha, nya you're doing good in your career...that's the competition begins hehehhe
mao jud... dili na ikatingala cum laude sa usc... got batchmates graduated cum laude then wa gani kapasar sa board... samot na sa work... maayo lang sa libro.Originally Posted by oblationkid

one thing though during your interview and if you will be asked why have failing grade. you could politely lie a reason and emphasize it that "you believe its not a measure of your would be productive output in your work".
yeah it does matter there are companies who prefer hiring people without failing grade.. like unilab. no pun intended
OA ra kaau nang mga employers usahay
Ako kay 3 raman tong nakapahugaw sa ako TOR. At first dili TOR ako gi pass, proof of grades from 1st yr to 5th yr 1st sem. Limpyo man ako grado ana... hehehe.
not at all. same thing as what school u came from. For as long as you are equipped to answer there questions ... same thing with me, i graduated with one subject almost failed and in school not that highly recognized, but i was able to convinced the interviewer why it was so... yet i was hired in a company that many are aspiring to be associated with.
only thing is that.... you have to prove them wrong about their perceptions..
