If you are asking about cap sa net usage, technically dili. but cap sa plan speed nmo, yes.

This means, na sa plan 1299 na 3Mbps, you'll have 50gb worth of data usage na 3Mbps ang speed. After maabot na ka sa 50gb, you're net speed will be reduced by 30%..and please note na naa pa reliability clause sila..

dont have that issue, but notice nako some sites are now blocked or interestingly inaccessible. g try na ko default dns, opendns, google dns mao japon.

Yep, same location. Taas jud ug ping recently. Kung mag tracert ko ang 5th hop (120.28.x.xxx) kay 45%+ packet loss permi.
