You should be a paypal verifed user first. Then for every transfer to debit card it charges 5$ per successful transaction and will be received in 5-7days, quite expensive and a long wait but it is better than nothing. A good start for Paypal offering service to Filipinos.

Add Funds feature is still unlocked. I hope it will be available soon.

i have paypal acct, but i havent verified it yet.. hadlok ko sa mga hackers and scammers around.
specially when buying items abroad, or even locally. correct me if im wrong, wala pa man cguro customer service hotline diri sa pinas ryt? so when ur scammed, how are u gonna report it? and how fast will they resolve it?

I use Union Bank...all you have to do is open an account with them and they give you an ATM card which is also a VISA debit card...

It's good news indeed that PAYPAL now receive payments for PH users. HOWEVER, have you tried withdrawing funds from PAYPAL to your debit/credit card?

I am Paypal verified, upgraded my account to Premier and sell internationally. But I am still waiting for other PH users who already withdraw their funds from Paypal. According to some of my friends, the funds haven't reflected yet to their debit cards. The transferred was made last Sept30.

I just withdrew $250 from my new paypal account. I'm using unionbank eon card to receive the funds. More or less 5-7 with $5 transaction fee ang paypal.
