@shryock, saying “Fluor is leading in almost everything” is saying a lot. I’m not sure if you genuinely mean that (Assuming that you already worked @ the other epc’s like amec, Worley-parsons…etc. for you to compare) or just too naïve. My point is companies have different policies and benefits for their employees, Choose which one works for you and stay there. As for me I’m still looking for that perfect balance.
Please remember that fluor is an EPC company and like all other EPC kung walay project wala sad man-hour and kung walay man-hour wala sad employee, mao gani na majority sa mga empleyado diha kay contract base diba.
I am so confused as to why you need to resort to name-calling just for a person's subjective opinion.
Do you really have to say that just to make a point?
Anyway, good to know that you are looking.
