    Fluor is leading in almost everything, even in its referral program.

    At first, the program is leaning towards rewarding those current members who can help with the recruitment efforts of the Company.
    After all, who could identify good performers and well-suited aspirants than their own peers (previous co-workers, batch mates, classmates in board exam, or even previous bosses). This is called tapping your "warm contacts".

    Over the years, further improvements in the referral system was made.
    The rewards were increased for each tier.
    Also, you can now even submit one of your "cold contacts's" credentials.
    Cold contacts are acquaintances that you would consider familiar yet not too close but you deem suited for the job.
    The Company is willing to reward a member just for this effort.
    This was made possible again because the Company firmly believes that this program is a big help.

    However, like all referral programs, there are conditions that should be met before a referral is considered complete and a member is rewarded.
    One of these conditions requires both parties acknowledgement of each other's actions during the referral process.
    The member must vouch for the aspirant.
    The aspirant must include the name of the person who referred him/her on the forms.

    With that said, what does each of them gain?
    The aspirant gains a "backer" and a direct line to update his/her application's status.
    The content and presentation of your documents can make or break your application.
    The aspirant also gains a "second eye" that could review for errors and could advise on his/her provided documents before it gets submitted.

    Meanwhile, the member gains a task.
    If the task is successful, the member gets a conditional reward that depends greatly with the aspirants actions.

    Lastly, the Company gains a potential member to join the ranks.

    If I decide to go back to work at Fluor what advantage can I get in sending my CV to you? take note I already know your background even where you graduated and your position. I am just not sure If you are an engineering graduate. They say you are not.

    that's the benefit on both sa nag refer og sa gi refer.
    if you think na there's no benefit, you can always apply online man sad.

    mao sakto ka. pero kung ako lang pangutan.on wala ra kau benefit, may lang kung close sa department lead or manager. Nya uban mu refer mga way claro man pud di naman ko mu kuha ug input nila wala pud ko makuha. Sa side nako na nakainterview CVs ra gyud na ihatag sa akoa para naa mo idea.

    There is no official representative of Fluor in Istorya.net.
    I do answer most of the questions and provide most of the relevant information here though.
    Especially the question from aspirants.
