well since we earn our income from the net and our clients want to use it...so kita adjust.

i think 300 ra man tingali to open an account? im NOT SURE though. better check their website.

not a Philippine Bank account. Not even a US Dollar Philippine bank account

Yes. The topic says it all. Unsaon man paghimo og paypal account if based sa Philippines? Can't find a way to get around the City/State/ and ZIP reqs.
