The CICC Issue did really carved a bad image of Cebu, to be precise in Mandaue. The one who pulled the curtains were still not even jailed. tsk2x

From what I read lang ha regarding the news reports about CICC and the investigation done with it, it would cost a lot more to fix it since rather than bring it down and build a new and more stable one. Kay currently gabok dyud daw kaau na nga building with substandard materials used. The design itself daw wasn't stable. So its quite confusing for me why they keep pushing to have it fixed. But what do I know right? I juz pay the taxes.

This case of failure ang design maong mas gasto ang pag repair and maintain... naa mani sa designers, inspectors, consultant and contractors side. unsay labot sa owner ani? if sa balaod dli pwedi kay delikado and substandard way mahimo ang owner... i kiha kinsay gen con ani and ang inspectors for approving substandard materials nya i investigate ang architect and associates if unsa jud ilang design ,specifications and recommendations.... and I dont think mo sugod c Manuel Guanzon (Architect of CICC) and associates binuangan ilang design... in ana rana ka simple para ma hibaw an ang paper trail... investigate the builders and inspectors then we'll know if there really is a failure of design mao dli na madala ug repair and maintain...

OT: This issue reminds me of the Radisson building, it was built originally for sheraton hotel pero wa madayun... ang chismiss nanggawas kay structural failure daw...dli diay.

so imong issue napud karon is dugay nilihok sa repairs and kung walay ni criticize wala gilihok. then ok lets discuss timeline. give me the exact date when gwen criticized davide about the repair of CICC and i will give you the exact date when davide submitted a petition to the ombudsman. provide proof if possible.

i am not going to be biased about it. if davide has indeed acted about the repairs only when criticized then so be it. but give me facts first and let us compare data.
