you missed the word "better"...and it's probably the reason of your reasoning and choice...

diba if voting requirements will be raised and only comelec is honest, you candidate will...well, you fill in the blanks...

by voting requirements, i mean they should be at least:
- pass a minimum IQ level
- active taxpayer within the year of election

even by these two requirements alone, di na kinahanglan mo-disqualify ang comelec aning mga nuisance candidate kay gamay rang porsento aning mga maka-pasar ani, MENOS ug pangagpas...
