Guys kanang CSR Post nila magaccept ba na sila ug with call center experience? Kay nangapply ko 3 weeks ago sa ilang job fair, went through first with phone interview then after ato from cmall gepaadto ko sa robi for HR interview after sah interview geingnan ko sa HR na maghuwat daw for an email update coming from them after 2 to 3 business day pero hangtud karon wala ko kadawat ug email kung pasar ba ako or dili, ganahan gud ko mowork diri..

Job description
NETWORK PROCESSING ANALYST
•Provide functional/technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries
•Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve issues
•Receive and logs customer circuit issue and ensures proper documentation
•Develop and maintain knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment and an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and department’s key performance requirements
naa gihapon fixed term employment ang accenture? kana 6 months or 1 year contract lang?
