Comments/Feedbacks on Maria Montessori International School (MMIS) and Ateneo de Cebu (Grade School and High School)

Anyone here whose child/children is/are enrolled at MMIS and Ateneo de Cebu Grade School and High School? My kids are currently studying in a Philippine school here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are planning to move them to the Philippines next schoolyear. I only have two school choices with regards to the proximity of the schools from our home -- MMIS and Ateneo de Cebu-Sacred Heart School because we live in Talamban area. Which school is better, in terms of:

1) Number of students in a class
2) Bullying incidents and how they handle such incidents
3) Tuition fees and other fees
4) Quality of Education
5) And other inputs which you could possibly share

My kids do not have Chinese background. I am afraid that they might have a hard time catching up with the Chinese lessons in Sacred Heart. For me this is one big factor why I am a bit hesitant in enrolling my kids in Ateneo de Cebu. But I would like to hear inputs. feedbacks and comments just so I can weigh my options better. Thank you in advance.

I think there are 25-30 kids in a class, Tuition fee for incoming 2nd grade students is P55,295 excluding books and uniform

yes thats correct sa akong bata wa ka abot og 30. nice bya ang training. pero sa gorordo mi. feel nako personal kaayo ang pag atiman sa bata.

In MMIS, school fees ( includes misc., family day, but excluding books, uniforms, and other minimal fees) is 55k for grade school. For high school, about 60k. Ateneo/SHS tuition is higher, i think almost 90k. There are 20-25 pupils per class. Maybe more in high school. Nice ang campus though gamay ra compared to ateneo/SHS. Walay mga establishments sa gawas sa campus nga maka samok sa mga students like computer shops, billiards, etc. Maayo ang security. Maayo ang ilang swimming program, naka compete sab sila sa local/national even international contests. Sa ubang sports, dili pa kaayo maayo. Sa SHS maayo sila sa basketball ug soccer. Sa academics, i think more SHS students performed better. Naay chinese subjects ang SHS nga maglisod gyud ang students kung dili mag chinese sa balay. Naa man hinoon mga tutors to help with chinese lessons. I hope my inputs help you when you decide.
