i mean why the hell can't they do that?
Ni tabang man ko sa relief efforts sa aftermath sa Yolanda. What was very sad was there were at least 2 OFW groups abroad (US and Canada) who were ready to send one container each of assorted relief goods and medical supplies. Their only condition was that the goods go directly to the beneficiaries. Guess what? Even in times of a great emergency, the government would not allow it. Either ipadala ang goods sa DSWD or taxes will be imposed on these two containers of rekief goods and medical supplies. The 2 OFW groups did not push through with sending the goods. Ingon sila nga sila pa ang mo tabang, sila pa ang lisodlisuron so di nalang sila. That is how insensitive our government is. Kung naa pa silay kaluoy sa mga typhoon victims, ila nalang unta gipasulod ang tanan gi padala nga relief goods directly to the beneficiaries bisag only for a couple of months. Daghan na unta kaau ta ug nabuhat. Hahay jud ni ang LP oi.....
