Na notice ni ninyo: "Second quarter’s self-rated hunger, which was pegged at 12.7 percent, was the lowest rating recorded since May 2005."?

picture sa article in most cases are just representation, like ana hunger unya sa ila pix na bata ga pobre nag kaon. Media has a nasty way of illustrating their news to make it more effective. But if you read the article it is not focused only to slum area, so make your statements right based sa article. Mao gani na basa ug sabra.. kulang ang data sa news but to think 3.5 million families ang affected, cguro dli ra ni mga slums ug uban pa.It only goes without saying that the quality of life sa atong mga kababayan wa pa jd na improve significantly.. know the facts and work it with your common sense then calibrate your brain para maka sabot ka.

you are missing the article's content jd calibrator.. it is still 12.7 percent, now convert that to a mere estimates of a population? can you imagine that Calibrate?
See this in case na libat ka:
"The latest hunger figure is three points higher than the preceding quarter’s figure of 12.7 percent or an estimated 2.8 million families."
Since mura ug wala man gyud nimo gamita, i explain nalang nako...
tan-awa @yhokz101, ang basis sa Q3 figure kay ang lowest since May 2005 which is Q2 figure. Ug mu add lang ug 3 points.
Tan-awa daw ang graph @yhokz101 and just add 3 points on it.. ug compare sa previous data ug observe the trend..

hoy calibrate your source and date sa news.. as clearly stated that figure/graph was last July 2015 (your source here: SWS: Hunger incidence falls to 10-year low | Headlines, News, The Philippine Star | philstar.com). Then from the link here: SWS: More Filipinos became hungry in Q3 of 2015 | Inquirer News it is on Nov 2015. And it is clearly mentioned that.. I will quote again in case nalibat na pod ka.
"After registering a 10-year record low, the number of families who said they experienced hunger over three months increased during the third quarter of the year, according to a survey by the Social Weather Stations (SWS)."
Try to look at the Bigger Picture! Sa Visayas nidaghan pa ang gipanggutom? GAmita pud tawn imong Kartiyho yhokz!
