g massacre ang lakers 1st half , absent c "defense" , for Russel , now thou 2nd game pa i'm started to lean on the "bust" word da., thou i hope i'm wrong, but among the worst position for a rookie to be in is the PG slot samot nga semi rebuilding ang lakers , wla gd ni commit ug full rebuild ,. Kay if n commit pani ang lakers of full rebuild this season they will play there rookies with no limits win or lose ... but then again Semi-rebuild mn gd cla..

DAR - 13 points, 2 Rebounds, 2 Assist - 2nd game pa, still a long way for us to confirm that he is a bust.

Lol if you think roles matter then D'Angelo Russell is not playing his PG role very well and Okafor is playing his role exceptionally well worthy of a high pick. They are both 19 years old. There is this old adage big men takes longer time to develop than guards. If we believe in this then Okafor is way ahead of the learning curve for big men while Russell is ... I don't know what he is right now, who cares?

He scored in double figures for the first time playing against the Kings bench when the game was already over and defense was nowhere to be found.

Here in LA they don't talk about Russell anymore. The radio talk shows have doubts on his potential. This assessment is big since the people of Los Angeles literally revolve their lives around the Lakers. He is the talk or none thereof of everybody here everyday. They don't get excited hearing his name anymore. They have shifted their hopes on Julius Randle and Jordan Clarkson. Lol

So there is no more excitement in Russell then boss? I still believed that he is something, hopefully =D Pero akoa jud untang bet ma draft sa lakers was Okafor, really disappointed why they did not picked him.

Dili na jud pareha sa draft night and the week after nga grabe ka excited ang mga tao kay no.2 pick lagi mgexpect mga tao nga maayo muduwa or at least maexcite sila sa potential kay franchise player and future superstar. Wa juy gipakita unya soft pa jud. Bahala nag hinay basta fighter wa man pod pachoychoy ra man kaaug dinuwaan. Basta ako I've seen Clarkson last year 3 times sa Staples paspas jud sya mas naa jud sya potential ma allstar basta maka develop lang na sya mid range game. Kanas Russell ambot lang. Dili sad na sya i-Dleague k madaut nya confidence ana unya it's like admitting nga the front office made a mistake.

E-ampo nako di na sya ma pareho ni Anthony Bennett although number 1 pick hinoun to sya pero purely bust jud from start. So now it's safe to say nga "We failed" sa draft

Honestly, I want him to be not a bust. I want him to succeed. Pero di mad sad ta ganahan mo abiba kay wala juy heart gipakita.

Kato giinterview siya sa preseason kato gilubong silas warriors ni ingon siya along the lines of "I don't know if they were just coasting or playing seriously but we need to play a better game next time."

Paita nghangos tawn siya sa duwa wa sya mgexpect ingana ka paspas og talented ang mga nba players.

Ganiha kontra Kings wa na poy depensa k slow footed jud siya.
