bago lang ko nipalit ug altec lansing vs3251 speakers unya a friend of mine said nga mas mu chada pajud ug sound if naay nice nga sound card. 100% quality improvement jud in comparison sa stock as what he said.

naa mangud ko nabasahan sa una nga ang mga built-in hi-def audio karon sa motherboards is good enough, and what matters the most is the speakers.

by the way, i am just using the built-in audio sa ako msi p965neo-f nga mobo. i use my speakers for movies, gaming, and listening to mp3. i hope some users of sound cards maka hatag ug personal comments like, dako ba jud ug improvement or dili kaayo dako ang improvement.

mura kani na cards land ang ma afford nako, which is better tingali?

x-fi gyud, mas bag-o ur mas better nga technology... although, wala pa sad ko kapalit ug x-fi... settle sa ko sa akong audigy... hehehe

they're both creative so no need to worry regarding quality, just make sure any of these soundcards fits your budget.. x-fi is a newer model and has very good quality. not necessarily sb audigy 4 pro has a poor quality.

@fish, layo rajud kaayo ang built-in audio sa imo audigy bro sa imo personal listening experience? curious lang jud ko ky wala pajud ko naka listen nga naay gamit creative na sound card.

na intriga jud ko kaayo pud aning crystallizer. it claims to restore the details and vibrance of mp3 files which could be lost during compression. i wonder if tinuod jud ni ila claim.

mas nindut gyud ang quality kung naa ka soundcard. taas ug bitrate and then ma-prioritize sa imong CPU ang mga applications nimo compared to builtin soundcard.
ex. CPU + sound card = sound quality
CPU = built in = sound quality

naglibug sab ko pag-explain pero 100% sure, output is very much diff.

why dont you have a test run for both cards at a computer shop and decide for your own self?

alternatively, google up some reviews about these cards. a bit of a research would help you on your decision.
