when to use which?
for sprains and muscle pains:
for the first 48 hours(after ka na sprain or whenever the pain occured)- cold compress
after 48 hours- hot compress
u apply cold 1st when with in 24 hours bisag unsa pa na pasu bon ug etc... after 24 hours u can apply hot compress...
to close the pores use cold
to open the pores use hot
Warm compress for an abscess. Warm compress for a stye or daily after waking up to avoid styes.
Cold compress to stop bleeding for vaso constriction
Warm compress for bruise for vaso dilation
