DUTERTE is a strong one. But we he has been tangled with criminal issues for the longest time, true or not. We cannot have a the ruler of land bend and break rules. The ruler of the land should be a very good example to the masses. Then I tried considering SANTIAGO. Sure, she is very sharp and fearless. But the fact that she had the BIG-C makes me very apprehensive about her. 90% of the cancer cases would recur in the future, regardless if totally healed or not. So with both crossed out from my list, I am now looking at my 3rd and that happened to Roxas.
