At a chocolate salon called Koko Black (Perth WA) we tried the Raspberry Choc Dome. The inside was choc mousse, with raspberry puree and Madagascan vanilla custard. The freeze dried raspberries and white chocolate were a nice touch. It was smooth and delicate and the presentation was lovely.
