Help viewing a qube dvr outside network please!!

i've done everything here on this guide

but i cant still access it outside network.


i have also done the necessary things. i have put the ip of dvr, the tcp port its 37777 and udp port 37778
and also the http port i specified for the dvr its port 88. last time i checked its port 80 but i cant access it even locally, maybe its because of the HOE is using the port 80 so i change it to port 88, the dvr http port and now i can access it locally. but i cant access it outside the network. even i use my ip

121.97.12*.**:88

plus put the port in the end.
can u help me configure this dvr so that i can access it outside network?
