HBO Eyeing ‘Watchmen’ TV Series from Zack Snyder
Meetings have reportedly taken place between fan-favorite premium cable outlet HBO and director Zack Snyder about developing a Watchmen series, says Collider. What remains unclear is if the TV series would be a prequel to the film, a retelling of the original source material, or a sequel to the movie.

Ummmmmmmm, for me personally, the movie was a let down. The only saving grace on that movie was silk spectre and her butt shots and the s*x scene. They did get some aspects of the original story down, but the most important one, the climax or the ending which made the original novel spectacular, was not.

reading the comic first, then watching the movie, i'd say it's a little bit disappointing. but i thoroughly enjoyed the movie. the opening credits scene is just epic.
