    Default 15K Sign Up Bonus for Help Desk Support Position


    DNA Micro Outsourcing, Inc is in IMMEDIATE need of Help Desk Support to join our team!!!


    Responsibilities

    * Level 2 contact and problem resolution for all internal and external customers related to hardware, software, and services
    * Monitor the health and availability of all IT services and address or escalate issues
    * Responsible for the creation and ongoing updating of Help Desk standard operating procedures
    * Gather, input and analyze data for scheduled reports delivered to internal and external customers
    * Assist in the scheduling coordination of professional services staff
    * Additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    * 2+ years experience providing remote support
    * College Degree
    * Outstanding communication skills and the ability to provide IT support by telephone, e-mail, and/or virtually
    * Advanced support/troubleshooting knowledge of the following:
    o Microsoft Windows 7 and newer
    o Internet browsers and plugins including but not limited to IE, Chrome, and Firefox
    o Productivity software including but not limited to the Microsoft Office product suite and Adobe Acrobat
    o Virus and system health monitoring and remediation
    o Backup jobs and scheduling
    o Desktop and laptop computer hardware and peripherals

    * Basic to intermediate support/troubleshooting knowledge of the following:

    o TCP/IP networks
    o DNS
    o DHCP
    o Firewall concepts and configuration
    o Switching concepts and configuration
    o Routing concepts and configuration
    o Microsoft Server 2008 R2 and newer
    o Virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V)
    o Cloud computing concepts

    *Must possess good language skills and excellent people skills
    *Must be willing to work on a night shift
