The candidate must have at least 5-10 years exposure to Oracle Hyperion Planning. The ideal
candidate will currently work in the IT field and have proven Hyperion Essbase & Planning
development/support skills.

These skills will have been gained within a Finance environment where the candidate has
acquired good planning development skills and a broader understanding of accounting
systems.

Responsibilities Include:

· Work independently or under supervision to plan, develop and deliver moderately
complex applications or complex components from technical specifications and
design documents.

· Understanding of client's requirements / business requirements with our business
partners and creating functional or techno/functional specifications. Business
requirements are clear and completely documented in the functional specifications
document. Where needed, challenging status quo and highlighting any requirement
that may cause maintenance overhead in Production

· Plan and conduct successful unit, UAT and performance testing. Defining
acceptance test plans, test cases and scripts. Completed test plans, test cases,
scripts. Test cases cover all aspect of the impacted business process.

· Participate in code reviews and incorporate learning’s into work practices

· Learn and apply standard development and change management methodologies

· Develop and review technical specifications and design documents. Participate in
design reviews and incorporate learning’s into work practices.

· Understand how business and IT strategies align with projects in the supported
organizations. Extend understanding of business and IT strategies, drivers and
processes at the project to department level.

Requirement

· At least 5 years' working experience in Oracle Hyperion Essbase and Oracle
Hyperion Planning application design and development, focussing on ASO and
BSO combination, partitions along Shared Services

· Technical documentation.

· Investment Banking with exposure to Finance Department or ledger systems

· Excellent problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills,
Structured, methodical thinker

· Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies

· Ability to work in synergy with multiple teams of developers and business partners
is highly essential.

· Excelled communication skills that can translate IT language to business
