the small circuit boards are the DC-DC converters that will provide the 160 W & 200 W juice respectively... the 12 V power brick is still needed though to provide the AC-DC 12 V source... need to buy separately...

Yes. That's what I was referring to.
High wattage power bricks are hard to find and usually cost more than twice the Pico PSU.
    The biggest I could find was a 120W 12V 10A brick.

ah I see... here in mainland China, this kind of power bricks for the Pico PSU is common and very easy to find... cost is cheaper than the Pico PSU itself... but, my order (2 units) didn't arrived... i'll be flying home tomorrow gggrrrrrr...

bro @ dab_s_bad, you may need to look for the AC-DC power bricks...

I will be using it with a E3-1220L, common laptop power bricks are more than sufficient enough for this I guess

Don't do it. Laptop power bricks usually output 19V or higher.
Your Pico PSU only accepts 12V. You're gonna fry them puppies.

one of the PicoPSU is 12v input, the other one is good range around 12v~24v something, don't worry about it ^_^
