As of September. Our company (United Health Group) is need of the following for Cebu:

*Communications Trainer - 2+ years of presentation and facilitation experience

* Sr Employee Relation - Analyst
- Human Capital Consultant
- deally the candidate should have experience handling employee relations issues and have been involved in supporting compensation planning activities in prior companies.

* Training Manager - At least 3- 5 solid years related experience in training (product) management is required
- Experience in utilization management/review and/or Managed Care, preferred
- Must be a College degree holder

* Healthcare Advisors / Customer Service - Must have at least 6 months experience in BPO Company
- Must be a college graduate or have completed at least 2 years of college
- Must have good communications skill

* Freshies / Customer Service Rep with no experience
- Must have good communications skills
- College graduate or have completed at least 2 years of college
- Must be willing to work on night shifts
