My wife applied there and was accepted 3 times by different employer but her pass application were all rejected. SG is slowly but surely getting rid of foreign talents since their natives has become so jealous of foreigners getting the job that they felt belongs to them.
For example as an SPass holder, your salary must not be less than 2,100Sgd. So what agencies or some employer do is to pad your salary, declaring it as such even if you're just going to get a lot less in reality. Plus they will exaggerate your skills and qualifications so they could justify hiring a foreigner than a local. If you're young, below 30s and your credentials submitted to MOM was exaggerated, the MOM will suspect it and you'll get a rejection.

My advice is if you have disposable money and you really want to work there then take a gamble, hope for the best but also expect the worst.

In my case before, I was interviewed here over the phone and they didn't require me to go there for a personal interview and they processed my pass before I quit my job here and went to work in SG.
    Sakto jud ka boss.

But sayang, naay isa ka istoryan among na hire in my ex-company, ge usikan lang niya ang opportunity. Ge hire sya direct, without having interview in SG. We gave him a chance to work. Even if lisod ang work, makaya raman unta na basta mag tuon lang. Kabaw man ta ang IT Field/Networking/Systems sa Pinas is different here in SG.

Based on Experienced, I hired 2 istoryans way back 2011 and 2012, walay problema, they are still showing their talents in my previous company (mga master na sila karon) one of them, told me that hapit nasad daw sya kaulion, but when we brought him to Sentosa, nalipay daw ang bata. Wala sya nag mahay.

He wasted the opportunity and partly ruin my name. But oks ra at least my ex company is still my client karon bisan sa iyang gebuhat ngadto nila.

So, sa katong, mag gusto mangari sa SG, expect the unexpected, but amo ra ikatambag ninyo, ang pagsugod ra jud sa trabaho ang lisod, study and trabaho ug maayo. Diskarting Pinoy gamita ninyo.

Ug dinhi nalang kutob.. I hope na makakat on mu ug lesson sa akong ge share above.
