ive tried and im on my 2nd bottle. first tab pag take nako nisakit ako ulo. the ff day, ok na and good akong bowel movement. uga lang imo throat ug dili jud ka ganahan mo eat. i've lost weight mga 4-5 # after the 1st bott. (approx 2 wks) ang effect lang kay if mohunong ka take, dugay ka maka-pooh. other than that dont know unsa iya long term-use side effect. ako pud friend na ni take kay gi pimples so she stopped.
